    The Icelandic Competition Authority (ICA) has reviewed a merger between Crayon Group AS and Sensa ehf.

    ICA's conclusion is that the merger does neither give rise to a dominant position nor strengthening of such a position in any market. Moreover, nothing indicates that the merger is liable to cause appreciable harm to competition in other ways. Therefore, there is no reason to intervene in this merger on the basis of Article 17 c of the Icelandic Competition Act no. 44/2005.
