  The Icelandic Competition Authority (ICA) received a request where certain online media outlets asked for permission, on the basis of Article 15 of the Competition Act, to conduct a standardized measurement of the usage of online media outlets by the public. Permission was granted for the cooperation with certain restrictions aimed at securing the access of new and small undertakings in this market.
