Eimskipafélag Íslands hf. and Royal Arctic Line A / S for an exemption for an agreement on the sharing of space in scheduled vessels.

In its ruling today, ICA has granted exemption for the notified cooperation agreement between Eimskips and Royal Arctic Line A/S. The agreement concerns, among other things, capacity sharing on board of the three new vessels that are dedicated to the new sailing route. The cooperation is subject to certain conditions laid out in the decision no. 13/2019, and exemption is granted for 5 years. The conditions are also available in English.
