Merger of Tékkland bifreiðaskoðun ehf. and Aðalskoðun hf.

The Icelandic Competition Authority (ICA) recived a merger notification regarding Tékkland bifreiðaskoðun ehf. and Aðalskoðun hf. The merger notification was later withdrawn on behalf of the undertakings. Therefore the ICA will not take any further actions regarding the merger.
