Merger of Flóra Hotels ehf. and 201 hótel ehf

The Icelandic Competition Authority authorized the merger of Flóra Hotels ehf and 201 hótel ehf. The merger has minimal horizontal effects on competition in the market for hotel and hospitality services in capital region. Icelandic Competition Authority did not consider it necessary to intervene or further investigate and closed the case in the first phase.
