Merger of Auðkenni ehf. and the Icelandic Treasury

The Competition Authority has authorized the purchase by the Icelandic Treasury of all shares in Auðkenni ehf. The company provides electronic identification and trust services in Iceland. The purchase was authorized on the basis of conditions in a settlement made by the merging parties with the Competition Authority.
