Merger of Kristinn ehf. and Eva consortium ehf

A conglomerate merger where Kristinn ehf. and its company group becomes a majority shareholder in Evu consortium and therefore in Sinnum ehf. due to financial reorginisation and enforcement of security. Eva consortium ehf. mainly operates in health services. Kristinn ehf. was in joint control of the company prior to the merger but will be in sole control after the acquisition. The companies do not operate in the same markets and the merger does not appear to impede effective competition; the case was concluded in phase I without further investigation.
