Decision on the change of time validity of the exemption granted in Decision no. 26/2010, Auðkenni hf.‘s exemption from the Competition Act

Auðkenni ehf. requested an extension of an exemption that had originally been granted until December 31st 2011 by the Icelandic Competition Authority‘s (ICA‘s) Decision no. 26/2010, Auðkenni hf.‘s exemption from the Competition Act, and had been extended once before, until December 31st 2015, by the ICA‘s Decision no. 39/2011, The Icelandic Competition Authority has extended the exemption given to Auðkenni ehf. with decision no. 26/2010.

The ICA has agreed to Auðkenni ehf.‘s request and the aforemention exemption is now valid until December 31st 2018.
