Merger of Styrkás hf. (Skeljungur, Klettur and Stólpi) and TF II A ehf. (Hreinsitækni, etc.)

The Icelandic Competition Authority found no grounds for intervention in the merger between Styrkás hf., which owns and operates Skeljungur, Klettur and Stólpi, and TF II A ehf., which owns and operates Hreinsitækni and related companies.
