N1‘s acquisition of Skyrboozt‘s restaurants.

The Competition Authority considered N1’s acquisition of four of Skyrboozt’s restaurants. The Authority’s conclusion was that there were no indications that the merger would hamper effective competition. The Authority also concluded that N1’s position on the market for rental of commercial property did not either call for intervention in this case.
