The acquisition of Jarðboranir hf. (drilling company) by SF III slhf. (investment fund).

SF III bought a majority stake in the Icelandic geothermal drilling company Jarðboranir. The acquisition resulted in the control by the buyer. As the acquisition was not considered to prevent effective competition, the Competition Authority did not intervene.
