Tryggingarmiðstöðin hf. purchase Lykill fjármögnun hf

The Icelandic Competition Authority investigated the purchase by Tryggingamiðstöðin of Lykill fjármögnun. The companies operate only partially in the same field and the investigation did not indicate that there was reason to intervene in the transaction.
