  The combined market share of the merging parties in those markets and the concentration resulting from the merger according to the available data does not in the opinion of the Competition Authority, give reason to believe that the merging parties have a dominant position in the market or such a position would be created with the merger. Furthermore, there are many companies operating in the markets in which the merging parties operate.

   Apart from the limited horizontal effects of the merger, the data in the case do not indicate any potential harmful effects of the merger, i.e. vertical effects or conglomerate effects, that require further investigation. It is therefore the Competition Authority's conclusion that the available information or data in the case do not indicate that the merger would create or strengthen a dominant position, or that it would otherwise significantly distort competition. 

  For this reason, the Competition Authority does not consider it necessary to take action regarding the merger and is therefore concluding the case in its first phase.
