Continuous education

It is important for the Icelandic Competition Authority to have the best possible workforce. In order to promote the skill and expertise of its workforce, the Competition Authority has adopted a policy of continuous education and allocates a sum corresponding to a specific proportion of the total payroll cost of the Authority to continuing education. A special  Education Committee is responsible for the implementation of this strategy.
