Tip About Violations
If you have knowledge of or suspect that competition law is being broken or infringed upon, you can send us an anonymous tip by filling out the form below and sending it to us. The Competition Authority looks into every tip and determens whether or not there is cause for action.
For further information about competition law violations, see the Competition Act, No. 44/2005, in particular Article 10 (prohibition of agreements or concerted practices which have as their objects or effect the prevention or distortion of competition) and Article 11 (ban against abuse of a dominant position).
It is not self-evident that parties sending in complaints to the Competition Authorities will be parties to the case arising out of the complaint. Only persons who can demonstrate their own legally protected interests can be parties to cases accepted for investigation by the Competition Authority.
