PPH's ehf. acquisition of Pizza-Pizza ehf

With this decision ICA approved the merger of PPH ehf. and Pizza-Pizza ehf. PPH ehf. is a newly founded company owned by five shareholders. Pizza-Pizza ehf. operates 23 restaurants in Iceland under the name Domino‘s á Íslandi. The overlap in the merging parties' activities is limited and, following the merger, their market shares will change little. Therefore, ICA decided that there was no reason to intervene.
