he Icelandic Competition Authority has considered the acquisition by Coca Cola European Partners ehf. (here after CCEP) of the trademark Einstök in Iceland. CCEP has been the manufacturer and distributor of Einstök beer in Iceland but the owner of the trademark and its distributor abroad is the company Einstök Beer Company L.P. Following the merger, CCEP will acquire the trademark Einstök in Iceland and rights attached to it.

Nathan og Olsen hf. runs a wholesale that sells convenience goods and cosmetics to small goods shop and marketing of these products. Emmessís ehf. is a manufacturer of ice cream and sells ice cream in Iceland.
